• Represented thousands of criminal defendants throughout New Jersey and New York State and Federal Court including over 75 jury trials including: murder, felony murder, rape, kidnapping, assault, drug possession, distribution, embezzlement, identity theft, motor vehicle matters, DUI, domestic violence.
• Additionally, Mr. Paul has represented over 500 clients on appellate/post conviction relief matters. This includes appealing one's conviction to the Appellate Division or in Federal Court appearing before the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals: as well as post conviction release motions throughout the state court in New Jersey. Recently Mr. Paul represented the appellant in the United States vs. Garth; a published opinion whereby the 3rd Circuit agreed with Mr. Paul's brief and oral presentation and reversed the conviction of Mr. Garth.
